Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Israel — distance sales
If Israeli consumer protection law applies to your purchase, you may cancel an online product transaction within 14 days from the date you receive the product or the written transaction disclosure, whichever is later, subject to applicable law. Additional or extended rights may apply to eligible senior citizens, new immigrants, and persons with disabilities where the statutory conditions are met.
You may submit a cancellation request through the return or cancellation option available in your order or customer account, by email at info@studionaturedesign.com, or by another method listed on our Contact Information page. Please include your name, order number, the item concerned, and a clear cancellation request.
For a cancellation that is not caused by a defect, material mismatch, or failure to deliver on time, we may deduct only a cancellation fee permitted by Israeli law: up to 5% of the transaction value or NIS 100, whichever is lower. The customer normally arranges and pays for return shipping.
No cancellation fee will be charged, and we will handle any return costs required by law, when cancellation is due to a defect, a material mismatch with the order or description, or failure to deliver at the agreed time.
We will issue any refund required by law within 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Physical goods must be returned. Please contact us before sending anything so we can provide the correct return instructions and address for your order.
Personalized or custom products
Only products genuinely made to customer-specific personalization, special dimensions, or special requirements may be subject to a lawful cancellation exception. A standard catalog product is not treated as personalized solely because it is printed after the order is placed. Any exception remains subject to applicable law.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect products
Please contact us promptly at info@studionaturedesign.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the remedy may include a replacement, repair, price reduction, or refund. Reporting within 30 days where possible helps us investigate quickly, but does not limit mandatory legal rights.
Do not send a product directly to a production partner or an address shown on the parcel without our return instructions.
Change-of-mind requests outside Israel
Change-of-mind requests are handled under any mandatory consumer law that applies in the customer’s market and any market-specific return rules shown in the store. Please contact us within 14 days after delivery where possible. Return shipping is normally the customer’s responsibility unless applicable law or the reason for return requires otherwise.
Non-returnable items
Subject to mandatory consumer rights, exclusions may apply to gift cards, digital products after any statutory cancellation right has been lawfully lost, products damaged through use beyond reasonable inspection, and genuinely personalized custom products where a lawful exception applies. Sale or clearance status alone does not remove rights granted by law.
Product mockups and natural variation
Digital mockups are illustrative. Minor differences in color, scale, or placement may occur because of screens and production processes. This does not limit your rights if a product is defective or materially different from its description.
