Because it’s made-to-order, it’s considered personalized under EU consumer protection law.
⚠️ EU Customers Please Note:
According to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right to return or cancel does not apply to personalized or made-to-order items.
Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
We ask you to check all size and product details before ordering.
Of course, if anything arrives incorrect or damaged, we’ll gladly make it right — just reach out within 7 days of receiving your order.

We stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We'll make it right by offering:
A free replacement, OR
A full refund to your original payment method
📐 Size & Color Accuracy
Please refer carefully to our size guides and product photos before placing your order. Since items are custom made, we cannot offer returns for items that do not fit if the size ordered matches your selection.
🌍 Shipping Issues
If a package is lost in transit or arrives after an unreasonable delay, please contact us and we’ll work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue. Replacement or refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
